Though the goal is habit formation, there's untapped joy in the tiniest of steps taken. How can we help celebrate each one?

When we're starting out doing something new, we're best placed to start with as small a version of that task as possible in order to make it easy to first get started then continue doing.

However, in being small and achievable, we also make success more likely. Instead of thinking about the broader picture of habit formation or some aspirational future goal, these small wins should each be celebrated as individual victories. Because no matter how small the task, they are each a critical step along the journey to creating a better version of ourselves, whether that's in fitness, finance or diet.
